At CloudFest 2024, I was given a reMarkable 2. At first I wasn’t sure how I would use it. But that didn’t take long, as I looked at my scattered hand-written notes on my desk. What a freaking mess.
Tech never worked for me when it comes to making quick notes. Trust me, I tried. There always seemed to be extra steps and more of a process.
The big challenge, finding a convenient spot on my desk for the reMarkable 2. Well I did it and I couldn’t be happier.
I learned to write in the 60’s. I was not a child of the computer age, far from it. But over time, my writing and printing by hand has become considerably sloppier. Practice makes perfect, and I blame the tech for the lack of practice. I feel bad for the person that has to read the form I will fill out when I head to the hearing center today.
