I am thinking of making a major, yet understandable change to Do the Woo. And as I ponder on it more, it all comes back to one word, flexible.
Whenever I am asked the single most important piece of advice I can give after four decades of running two businesses, and still going. My answer typically is, be flexible.
Don’t overthink things. Know when it’s time to make a change or let it go. Be open-minded. And if possible, don’t dwell on, “what if I had done it this way?”
And you know it as much as I do. Tech is one of those industries that if you are not flexible, well, eventually it all becomes a 404 not found.
There are dozens of paths tied into being flexible. So go forth and be flexible.
