um, those, you know, like filler words in a podcast

As I was contemplating some of the topics I would like to talk about here around podcasting, I was distracted by a post from someone I know about their podcasting coaching. They went on to talk about editing your podcasts, and not worrying about taking out an onslaught of a “um” or “uh”.

Now on the other hand there are others on the other side of the fence, fanatic about removing them when they are able.

Myself, I’m somewhere between. Or should I say, leaning towards the latter.
