It’s that time of year. Predictions for 2026 are bubbling up everywhere.

Personally, I never have shared predictions. Not sure where to start and also, what the hell do I know.

But it’s fun and interesting seeing what people say across the board about so many things. I don’t listen to or read them all, but sometimes I may drop in on a few.

I typically see three kinds of prediction.

The people who know shit and really blindside us with somthing.

The second, those who think they know what they are talking about but are basically just blowing wind.

And lastly, the ones that are obvious. They feel that their prediction are so original, but at the same time there is overwhelming evidence that, yes, this will happen. Kind of a no-brainer.

Not sure why so many feel they need to make their predictions. Maybe it’s simple hoping by 2027 they will be able to say, “I told you so.”
