Today, I offer you a quick glance at the WordPress theme Gateway Plus from RescueThemes.com. As you can see, there are two options: a free version and a premium version that gives you additional features, including support and updates for a year, which is always good to have in place.
It has a simple and elegant layout that can easily work for business sites, as well as for a slick-looking blog.
It easily integrates with WooCommerce, which extends its usefulness as an eCommerce solution.
There are just two recommended plugins suggested when installing either the free version or the premium version, and they make that easy to do.
If we open the customizer, we see the features that come with both the free version and the Plus version.
The Header allows you to easily change the header image and add your logo.
The Footer lets you put custom text, including a copyright at the bottom of your site.
The Style lets you change the main site-wide accent color and hover color.
You are able to control the homepage as well through the customizer.
As you can see in the screenshot above, the premium version gives you additional features.
Layout – You can adjust the inner sidebar to display on the left or the right.
Typography – Get over 500 Google fonts plus styling, including font size, weight, transformations, line height and spacing.
Colors – Easily change additional colors on backgrounds, navigation, links, fonts, footers and more.
Home Slider – The hero section of your front page can be turned into a slider with controls over speed, duration, overlay color and opacity.
eCommerce – The ability to easily integrate WooCommerce as shown above in the previous screenshot.
Lastly, it comes with 5 widget areas.
