current status on ai

Yes, I use ai here and there. But I am not 100% won over by ai and have a lot of thoughts about it, which is another post or conversation.

I use it for:

Repurposing content – I use it as a tool to repurpose or clean up existing content. But still needs that human clean up.

Research and search – sometimes and it depends. But often find myself asking more questions more on the research and complex site of things. Always doublechecking.

Bits and pieces – in some plugins and apps there are features that use ai. I use some, ignore others.

Ideas and feedback – good to jumpstart on some ideas and then letting common sense and my own brain go from there.

What I don’t use it for:

generating artwork and photos

creating original content

creating original content

buying stuff

medical, legal, etc. advice

touching up photos of myself

having conversations with it as if it was human

and a lot more things I’ve heard others use it for that at the moment still freaks me out.

It’s a strange and often confusing world we are living in, but I’ll continue to find my sweet spot and keep on learning.
