The final release of WooCommerce 3.9 came out. The biggest feature is the addition of the all new product blocks where you can share your shop page on any page or post. The delay of this release was due to the addition of MaxMind Geolocation.
Nexcess/Liquid Web offers new, lower priced Managed WooCommerce hosting. You can now get the Starter level hosting for only $19 a month with all the premium addons that come with their packages.
SkyVerge has taken over development of the popular WooCommerce extension, Facebook for WooCommerce.
New WooCommerce Plugins and Extensions
UPS announced its offering of a free plugin to make UPS tools and service seamless for four popular eCommerce platforms, including WooCommerce.
BitcartCC is a free and open-source cryptocurrency payment processor which allows you to receive payments in Bitcoin and altcoins directly, with no fees, transaction cost or middleman.
The Standard Box Sizes plugin is designed exclusively for use with Eniture Technology’s Small Package Quotes plugins. The plugin lets merchants record standard box sizes which are subsequently used to identify a packaging solution prior to obtaining shipping rate estimates.
