There may be times that you would prefer to set up coupons based on new customers vs. existing customers. Or perhaps, you want to restrict coupons according to a geographical area based on several factors that would benefit the customer.
How to Control WooCommerce Coupons Even More
This is one of those extensions that is simple to use as it adds two specific features to your coupon restrictions. If you create a new coupon and click on the Usage restriction tab, you have these added options:

And then there are times when you would prefer to reward existing customers. This is a straightforward and great way to control your coupon offers between current customers and new customers.
It will check to make sure the visitor is logged in. If they aren’t, it will run a verification before checkout after the email address has been entered to make sure they are able to use the coupon.
Coupon Restrictions for Use Locations
Again, very easy to use and you can base it on either the shipping or billing location. As far as specific countries, of course you will choose from only countries you are currently selling to. If you want to get more specific, you can list zip codes for more localized targeting.
This is perfect for country-specific holidays or if there are changes in a location’s currency. It also enables help you to give extra discounts for shipping charges to certain countries.
